I forgot what I was doing!

So I totally forgot I had this little blog here...oops! Okay so I'm going to rename my kids on here so its easier for everyone to understand. My daughter will be ONE and my son will be TWO, birth order. That makes it easier. Right? Well, I would like to start today off by talking about some of the books I've recently read.

  • Mortal Instruments (The whole series) - AMAZING! I cannot wait for the last one to come out! C'MON MAY! I love the way the author basically created an alternate reality. I wish this book was real life.
  • Where Are the Children - Mary sure knows how to write some awesome books! I love the twists and turns throughout this WHOLE book! It really shocked me at the end! Which is hard to do BTW!
  • The Three Pigs - BEST KIDS BOOK HANDS DOWN! One and I laugh THE WHOLE TIME we read this book together! Very creative!
I've read a lot more books, I just can't remember the names! GO SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL LIBRARY!!!

Let's talk Netflix for a minute!
I have an addiction to watching series, basically nonstop until I finish. Here's some of my personal reviews:

  • Dexter - AMAZING! I started watching it before Netflix had it available but lost my 2nd disc to the 5th season and REALLY didn't feel like buying all four discs again just for that one! Seriously though, Dexter is a must see for anyone who likes action or thriller movies and shows! And Michael Hall, HOT DAMN!
  • Heroes - Honestly, if you haven't seen Heroes, just  watch it! I started watching this one when it aired but lets be honest, I was still in school and wasn't allowed to stay up that late so I never got past the first few episodes. I was hooked though. It definitely would be crazy if stuff like this could really happen. If only, if only. And can I just add that Zachary Quinto is one fine man. (This will repeat for every show probably, I fall for the guys in my shows ;) )
  • Alphas - Alphas is kind of like Heroes, but it's more of a realistic setting. If you like Heroes, you will definitely like this and vice versa. Only bad thing...it was cancelled after two seasons :(
  • Drop Dead Diva - Drop Dead Diva is probably one of my favorite t.v. shows because
    • It's girly
    • It's HILARIOUS
    • I cried throughout the whole thing
    • It is so easy to connect with the characters
    • FINALLY a bigger girl is the lead of the show :)
I'll finish later. TWO is freaking out :/
